According to Rawl’s theory, accumulation of wealth could be unjust if it only benefits the rich, and does not benefit the least-advantaged members of the society. Otherwise, accumulation of wealth is even beneficial for productivity. But economic inequalities should be attached to positions and offices open to all individuals and it should benefit the least disadvantaged. Social inequality is justified when everyone has the opportunity to complete. No one should be given special treatment because of the circumstances given to them such as social level of parents.
